**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure the best practices and standards are followed in Salesforce architecture and development.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce with a deep understanding of (SFMC) Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns.
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
