Salesforce Solution Architect
- **Job Summary**- Defining processes, system specifications, and supporting parameters for Salesforce CRM
- Designing scalable architecture for Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Understanding current CRM business processes and Salesforce functionality to recommend improvements
- Developing end-to-end CRM architecture, including system landscapes, integration points, data models, and technical components
- Leading solution design and implementation, including configuration, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborating with stakeholders to transform current processes to industry standards
- Creating high-level architecture/design documents leveraging Salesforce best practices
- Partnering with stakeholders to define business KPI’s and build reporting dashboards
- Managing Salesforce product backlog, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Upholding release management best practices and staying current on Salesforce trends and best practices
- **Qualifications**
- 6+ years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect/Technical lead
- Certified Salesforce Application Architect
- Certified Salesforce Admin, Certified Salesforce Technical Architect, Tableau CRM & Einstein Discovery Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Experience with CRM Analytics
- Experience working with high-performing teams using Agile and Lean methodologies and frameworks
- Experience working cross functionally and supporting several teams/projects
- **Soft Skills**
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely to business and IT stakeholders
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude
- A fast learner with an analytical growth mindset, curiosity and attention to detail
- Resilient and high energy to drive to answers where not clear
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service and strong focus on quality
- Project management and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is helpful

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
