Your Mission
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to join the team. This role will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) campaigns and integrations.
What You’ll Do
Execute end-to-end testing of campaigns and journeys within SFMC, including entry criteria, decision splits, and exit conditions.
Perform functional testing across integrated channels (e.g., SMS, push, web) to ensure seamless orchestration.
Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools and processes.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure requirements are met.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication and documentation skills
