Your Mission

We are looking for a talented and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with expertise in transformations and consulting. This role requires the ability to design and implement cutting-edge marketing solutions that drive business growth and enhance client success.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to meet client requirements.

Create and manage SFMC journeys, automations, email campaigns, and other marketing tools using AMPscript, SQL, and other programming languages within the platform.

Collaborate with marketing teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.

Customize and extend SFMC features such as email templates, dynamic content, subscriber management, and data integrations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC and other integrated systems.

Ensure the highest quality of code through thorough testing and performance optimization.

Manage integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems (Salesforce CRM, third-party applications, etc.).

Document technical solutions and processes for internal and client reference.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in all solutions developed.

What You Bring

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development, with a proven track record of successfully delivering marketing automation solutions.

Strong experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.

Proficiency in building and managing Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automations, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.

Experience with Salesforce CRM integration and data modeling.

Experience with API integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.

Knowledge of data extensions, SQL queries, and data manipulation techniques within SFMC.

Familiarity with Einstein AI tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification is nice to have.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

Ability to work in an Agile development environment and manage multiple priorities.

Leadership qualities, with a focus on mentoring and coaching junior developers.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.

Familiarity with third-party email platforms and CRM systems.

Understanding of data privacy and security protocols as they relate to marketing automation
