Consultant(Data Cloud) will: Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) for enterprise clients. Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, data sources, and use cases for customer 360 and personalization. Design and develop secure data ingestion pipelines from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, websites, POS, mobile apps) using APIs and ETL tools. Configure Identity Resolution and Unification Rules to create a single customer view using Data Model Objects (DMOs). Build Calculated Insights and customer segments for real-time activation across platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and external ad platforms. Partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Analytics, and IT to align data strategies and ensure seamless campaign execution. Monitor and optimize unification logic, data workflows, and system performance; troubleshoot any data inconsistencies. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, train internal teams and end-users, and provide post-deployment support.

Skills Required: 7+ years of strong experience in configuring Salesforce Data Cloud features, including DMOs, Identity Resolution, and Activation. Proficient in integrating external data sources via REST/SOAP APIs. Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to customer data handling. Experience integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
