**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a Salesforce Architect with deep, end-to-end expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, including **Sales Cloud**, **Service Cloud**, and **Marketing Cloud**. This is a strategic role focused on designing scalable, multi-cloud solutions that drive business transformation and unify the customer experience across departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define Salesforce architecture for enterprise CRM systems across **Sales**, **Service**, and **Marketing** Clouds.
- Own the technical roadmap, platform governance, and multi-cloud architecture strategies.
- Guide implementation of **customer 360-degree view**, **sales process automation**, SLA management, and **cross-cloud data synchronization**.
- Lead solution design for **complex integrations** with ERP, CPQ, and third-party marketing tools.
- Establish CRM analytics strategy with advanced dashboards, AI recommendations, and data governance.
- Collaborate with business leaders and functional heads (Sales, Marketing, Service) to drive innovation.
- Mentor development and lead teams; ensure architectural best practices and technical debt management.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 12+ years Salesforce experience including architecture and leadership roles.
- Proven implementation of **Sales Cloud**, **Service Cloud**, and **Marketing Cloud**.
- Strong knowledge of **BANT**, **MEDDIC**, **Challenger Sale** methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in **Field Service Lightning**, SLA/entitlement processes, and community portals.
- Certified **System Architect or Application Architect**.
- Strong understanding of **data modeling**, governance, and unified customer strategy.

**Preferred**:

- Salesforce **Marketing Cloud certifications**.
- Industry experience in **Financial Services**, **Healthcare**, or **Retail**.
- Experience in implementing **AI-driven automation**, **predictive analytics**, and **Einstein features**.
- Cross-functional stakeholder engagement and **change management** experience.
