Counselor Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule AI training sessions, workshops, and live classes.
- Serve as the main point of contact between instructors, learners, and support teams.
- Ensure timely communication of course updates, materials, and assignments to participants.
- Track learner progress, collect feedback, and assist in resolving queries efficiently.
- Manage and update learning platforms in collaboration with trainers and content creators.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, tech) to ensure seamless program execution.
- Monitor program performance and report on learner engagement and outcomes.
- Maintain timelines and ensure smooth coordination throughout the program lifecycle.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Computer Science, BCA, MCA, IT, or related).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in coordination, EdTech, or online training support.
- **Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi** - written and verbal communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
