Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive **Healthcare Counselor** to connect with cancer patients and guide them through their treatment journey. The role involves explaining treatment options, resolving patient queries, and ensuring consistent follow-ups to help patients start or continue their treatment.

Key Responsibilities
- Call patients to understand their concerns and explain treatment plans.
- Guide patients about available cancer treatments, including integrative options.
- Address patient queries and provide accurate information with empathy.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with patients to encourage treatment initiation or continuity.
- Maintain proper records of patient interactions and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with doctors, patient coordinators, and hospital staff for seamless patient care.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
