We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Educational Sales Counselors (Online). This position offers the flexibility of working from home and is completely remote. As an Educational Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for conducting online counseling sessions with students, following up on leads, and coordinating with managers. This role requires excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct calls and follow-ups with leads to convert them into enrollments.

2. Coordinate with the immediate manager on a regular basis.

3. Attend meetings and webinars organized by the company.

4. Maintain a positive attitude while engaging with prospective students.

5. Provide excellent customer service and guidance to students regarding our educational programs.

6. Utilize MS Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience in educational sales or online counseling preferred.

2. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

3. Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

5. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

6. Availability to work full-time in a remote capacity.

7. Own a working laptop, smartphone with a separate SIM card, and reliable internet connection.

**Benefits**:
1. Salary range: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month.
