**Career Abroad** is hiring for its new office location in Vadodara. Career Abroad is a Toronto, Canada based Immigration Consultancy and has over 15 years of immigration industry experience. The firm is managed by certified and regulated professionals that have combined industry experience of over 27 years.
With the rapid development of the business and with huge growth & expansion opportunity ahead, **Career Abroad** is now looking to hire new personnel to join our Vadodara team.
Reception cum Office Assistant Duties, but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Work to assist other office administration work
- File, applicaiton, documents management
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.67 - ₹18,000.76 per month
