**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, breads, Mousse, all Desserts according to café standards and recipes
- Develop new and seasonal pastry items in collaboration with the head chef or café manager
- Ensure all items are prepared and presented with consistency and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section and kitchen area
- Monitor ingredient stocks and assist in ordering supplies when needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Work efficiently during peak hours and manage time effectively
- Occasionally interact with customers regarding custom orders or special dietary needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
