**Job Description: Sales Support Executive**
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai
**Experience**: Minimum 3 years

We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to manage order processing, inventory, forecasting, dispatch, and payment collections across India. This role involves coordinating with the field sales team and sales agents to increase sales and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Advanced MS Excel skills and strong communication abilities are essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Handle and process orders across India, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
- **Dispatch & Delivery**: Plan and coordinate timely dispatches, tracking deliveries.
- **Forecasting & Planning**: Collaborate on sales forecasts and stock replenishment.
- **Payment Collection**: Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate records.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in driving orders and expanding the customer base.
- **Reporting**: Generate sales and inventory reports, providing updates to management.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 3+ years in a similar role.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience working with field sales teams and agents.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Familiarity with CRM and order management systems is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
