We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our team As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented healthcare professionals for a variety of roles within the industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry and is looking to grow their career in the recruitment field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with Account managers to understand the client’s hiring needs and requirements
- Source and attract talented healthcare professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market knowledge to better serve the hiring needs of the company

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
