_We are seeking a talented and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our healthcare clients in the United States._
- **Shift Timings: 1 PM IST - 10 PM IST (Day/Mid Shift)**_

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top healthcare talent
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team goals

**Qualifications**
- Applicants who are either fresh MBA graduates or have a minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting are eligible to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of US healthcare industry and recruitment practices.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data and information.
- Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and grow in the field of healthcare recruitment.
