0-3 years (International calling experience is highly preferred)

Work timings:
6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Week offs)

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors or Masters (any discipline - Life sciences background are also eligible to apply)
• Fresher's are eligible to apply
• Prior experience in International Voice Process (US/ UK/ Australia) is a plus

Role And Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for the US Healthcare industry.
• Conduct in-depth screening and probe the right questions to understand the candidate's profile and assess them by probing to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications for the "Phlebotomist role".
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skills, and qualifications needed for each role.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate searches through various databases, social media platforms, and professional networks.
