**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools/software).
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
- Track and analyze customer trends, behavior, and satisfaction data.
- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and improvement suggestions.
- Follow up with clients after sales or service delivery to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in executing customer loyalty and retention programs.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relationship or client servicing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and customer-first approach.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience in a startup or creative company environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or sales background is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
