**CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE**
- Assist clients according to their treatment plan
- Booking Surgical & other treatment slots everyday
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly & monthly sales reports
- Maintain all records and update in CRM.
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma / Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Work experience as a Customer relations or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Hard-working individual.
- Good time management abilities.
- Languages known English & Tamil. Hindi & other regional languages known will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
