**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking **Customer Relationship Executives** to handle post-sales engagement, customer satisfaction, and coordination across teams — ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth and delightful experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the single point of contact for post-sales customer interactions.
- Handle follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and service updates.
- Drive Google reviews, referrals, and post-sale payment collections.
- Maintain CRM reports and daily activity logs accurately.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years in Customer Relationship / Client Servicing.
- **Language**: Fluency in **English (mandatory)** and **Tamil or Hindi (must)**.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
