Customer Support Executive

**Customer Relationship Executive Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
- Escalation handling.
- Data Management.
- Regular follow-up with customers.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
- Follow-up with clients for annual maintenance contract & Upselling of AMCs.
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation based on the KPIs.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest stage of progress of their order.
- Getting Referrals, Reviews, Video/Audio testimonials.
**Key Skills**
- Excellent communication skills in English Hindi & any other language.
- Good relationship management and networking skills.
- Pleasing personality with the ability to understand client needs and also execute the same.
- Enjoys working in a highly charged environment.
- Well versed in MS Office
- Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
