**What you will do**:

- India processing of payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades

Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits

Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and accounting teams

Maintain accurate records and prepare reports and resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions

Maintaining centralized Master Data of employees in the HRMS and manually.

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing as per the Attendance & Payroll Inputs including attendance, leaves and conveyance, reimbursement, travel expenses & investment docs.

Preparation of Payroll MIS reports and sharing with the respective department.

Complete handholding of employee compensation structure and payment schedule as per TAT.

Handling payroll of Group Companies of more than 600 employees across various locations.

Knowledge of monthly employee TDS, Quarterly return, annual return (24Q).

Maintaining Employee Leave Records, Reimbursements, MIS & Actuary Valuation and reconciliation & personal cost.

Generation of PF ECR, Annual Return of LWF, Professional Tax, Maternity Benefit, Bonus & compliance as per minimum wages.

Provide data/ prepare Monthly/Quarterly & Annually reports for statutory filings within stipulated time.

Taking care of the process of PF withdrawals and Transfer.

Responsible for maintaining the record and payment of Gratuity.

Well Versed in Excel and ability to meet deadlines.

**What you need to have**:
Proven experience of more than 5 years of working in a payroll team

One who has handled a team of 500 or more employees

Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes

Familiarity with payroll software/ HRIS and MS Office (especially Excel)

An analytical mind and good math skills

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
