We closely monitor the industry needs to design and develop customized assessment engines across a versatile stream of employment - skills assessment for Hiring and L& D. Our assessments are highly personalized based on the audience - students, employees, pre-hires, etc. As industry leaders, we provide resilient solutions not just for the present, but our teams are constantly looking for problems that may occur in the future and resolutions that can bridge the gap. We let the comprehensive data insights do the talking for us when designing, developing, and transforming assessment engines for our clients.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Ø Coordinating and supporting end-to-end process of training programs.
Ø Coordinating training programs - schedule of classes, including facilities allocation, materials and pre
- and post-work communication, and post-session evaluations.
Ø Sending vendor communications, including instructor packets and onsite instructor access, rosters, onsite support coordinator invites, door signage, room set up documents.
Ø Executing all tasks and duties associated with implementing assigned courses and programs. Researching and locating off-site training locations (hotels, conference centers, etc..,.)
Ø Roster processing including marking learners successful, unsuccessful and no shows as per roster sign in sheets, adjusting prices, swapping of learns, reschedule.
Ø Coordinating with Internal Vendor management team & Virtual class operations team for smooth flow of sessions Identifying problems and root causes, taking a consultative approach to assist the client with resolution.
Ø Assisting with updates and revisions to training program-related processes, procedures, and supporting documentation.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,366.15 per month
