**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update daily stock counts and inventory records.
- Process customer orders and generate invoices accurately.
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure timely and correct order dispatch.
- Liaise with the administrative team to support internal operations and documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, queries, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all records and documents are properly maintained and filed.
- Support in managing office supplies and inventory.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or local languages.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and billing software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in inventory management or logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP or stock management systems.
**Job Timings**: 9:30 am to 1 pm & 2pm to 7 pm
**Days**:Monday to Saturday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
Work Location: In person
