We are hiring a Social Media Expert who combines marketing and social media management skills to architect and enhance company social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.**:

- **Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various clients, including advertising, product development, and brand management.**:

- **Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.**:

- **Grows and expands company social media presence on existing platformsincluding Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram through organic and paid activities.**:

- **Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.**:

- **Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries.**:

- **Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media.**:

- **Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.**:

- **Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.**:

- **Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per
- click (PPC) advertising.**:

- **Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.**:

- **Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.**:

- **Meeting with clients and pitching potential marketing campaigns.**:
**Technical Requirements**:

- **Knowledge of and an interest in the methods organizations use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity.**:

- **Strong communication and presentation skills.**:

- **Photo and video editing experience.**:

- **Analytical ability.**:

- **An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once.**:

- **Expert level skills in using and navigating social media networks’ native web apps, 3rd party social media tools, and “the internet” to run it all.**:

- **Marketing Mind, Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building.**:

- **Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.**:

- **Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach.**:

- **Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once.**:
**Eduational Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.**:
