Performance Marketing Expert
who's hungry to deliver results. If you live and breathe numbers, love turning data into sales, and can blend creativity with strategy — we want you on our team


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

What you'll do:

  • Run high-performing ad campaigns that drive sales and ROI
  • Manage multiple brands simultaneously across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
  • Develop and execute creative strategies to meet and exceed campaign goals
  • Coordinate with the team and give designers clear, result-driven creative directions
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize performance

  • Organized and capable of handling multiple clients/brands
  • A strong communicator who can work seamlessly with the team

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Expertise in Marketing Strategy and Marketing
  • Sales skills and the ability to drive conversion rates
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in digital marketing or a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
