**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Customer Service**
- Ensure that all incoming calls assigned to you of customers are answered. Answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
- Make use of positive language while talking with the customers.
- Respond promptly to customer complaints.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and ensure all customer complaints are resolved and no complaints are kept open.
- Keep updated knowledge about existing as well as new products so that no

Queries /complaints remain unresolved.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries,

Complaints, unresolved issues as well as actions taken.
- In case of customer complaints, follow-up & ensure the complaint is resolved. In critical cases, escalate the complaint to the Manager.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standard of customer service is maintained.
- After resolving the issue, ask customers for feedback on products and services.
- Follow the SOPs defined

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail Customer Relation: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Query Handling: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
