Roles and Responsibilities:
Calendar and Schedule Management: Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Document Preparation and Organization: Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and projects.

Project Support: Assist with tracking project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth progress and coordination between teams.

Meeting Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes as needed.

Client and Vendor Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors, coordinating follow-ups and ensuring timely communication.

Event Coordination: Assist with planning and organizing company events, client visits, and other gatherings.

Office Management: Ensure the smooth running of daily office activities, including ordering supplies, maintaining office organization, and supporting administrative needs.

Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
