Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director. The role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.

* Handle emails, communication, and confidential information professionally.

* Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documentation.

* Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.

* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.

* Support in research, data analysis, and special projects.

*Requirements:*

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Chemical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant (preferably in the chemical or related industry).

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
