Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, handle confidential matters with discretion, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Assist in planning and execution of meetings, events, and company activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients/vendors.
  • Track and manage daily priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Marathi preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

  • Flexibility with work hours if needed for meetings or travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
