**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Assist in planning and execution of meetings, events, and company activities.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients/vendors.
- Track and manage daily priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Marathi preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently under mínimal supervision.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
