We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** to join our team in the **general insurance sector**. If you are good at speaking with people, solving problems, and want a stable job, this is a great opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer questions about insurance policies, claims, renewals, and payments
- Help customers with documents and other issues
- Keep proper records of customer conversations
- Follow up with customers to make sure their problems are solved
- Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Suggest the right insurance products to customers
- Meet daily targets and provide excellent service

**Requirements**:

- Good communication in **Hindi and English**:

- Basic computer knowledge
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Experience in customer support or BPO is a plus (not required)
