**Job Title**:Customer Support Representative - Healthcare Order Processing**

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:
- Seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative who is familiar with order entry and processing procedures in HealthCare domain and can handle incoming calls to answer customer queries.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Handles incoming calls from customers regarding orders for products.
- Achieves SLA targets and call metrics to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Understands order entry and processing procedures.
- Takes full accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional personality and demeanor
**Key Skills**:
**Must be fluent in English and French (written/spoken)**
- 2-4 years Customer Service experience in a high-volume contact center environment.
- Types 40+ WPM.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong phone presence: Ability to navigate through phone queues while working towards maintaining contact center metrics and building strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Ticketing Systems.
- Familiarity with SAP, SalesForce preferred.
- Medical device experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours on occasion
