As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the success of our customers. You'll serve as the bridge between our company and our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and creating positive interactions. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively by identifying the problem, providing accurate information, and offering appropriate solutions or guidance.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Provide technical support to customers who encounter difficulties with products, services, or online platforms, offering step-by-step instructions and guidance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
