Customer Support Executive – Insurance Sector (Hindi & English)

Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad

Salary: ₹15,500 – ₹20,833 per month (Freshers eligible)

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic Customer Support Executives for our Insurance Support team. If you are fluent in Hindi & English and have strong communication skills, this role is for you

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls in Hindi and English.
  • Support customers with insurance policy details, renewals, claims, and premium payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide product knowledge and suggest suitable insurance plans when required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance and quality targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction & retention.

Requirements:

  • Languages: Hindi & English (mandatory).
  • Education: Graduate (any stream).
  • Freshers can apply; prior customer service/insurance experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
