Our focus is on providing exceptional stays for families, business travelers, and international guests visiting India for medical or leisure purposes. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate **Social Media Executive** to join our dynamic marketing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow Parfait Street’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including images, videos, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Monitor trends and implement creative strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries/comments, and build an active community.
- Run and monitor paid campaigns on social media platforms to drive traffic and bookings.
- Track performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc., and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with social media algorithms, hospitality trends, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of content creation, copywriting, and community management.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and social media analytics.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and branding.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts).
