**Customer Support Agent (Work From Office)**

**Scope of Work**: Agents will handle calls from customers, riders, and Flipkart (FK) sellers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of their concerns. All agents must fluently speak, write, and comprehend English and Hindi.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Excellent communication in English.
- FRESHERS TO 1 year of documented experience in any customer service field (BPO, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Aviation, or Counseling) is preferred.
- Six days working with rotational off.
- Immediate joining required.
- Paid training - mandatory to clear certification post-training.

**Screening Rounds**:

- HR Round
- Functional Test (if applicable)
- Operations Round
- Client Interview (if applicable)

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
