**Job Description: As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the front-line representative of our food processing company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. Your role will be critical in maintaining customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and addressing product-related questions or concerns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, aiming for first-call resolution whenever possible.
- Provide product information, handling questions about ingredients, nutritional details, and allergens.
- Handle and process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Quality Assurance, to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer database.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Follow up with customers for the repeat orders and obtain feedback on their experience with our company.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.
- Coordinate with riders to create a route map to ensure timely delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to assist customers and provide top-notch service.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as customer care may require 24/7 coverage.
- Knowledge of food processing or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.

**Preferred**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
