**Job Description: Customer Care Executive (German Speaker)**

Position: Customer Care Executive (**German Speaker**)

**Location: Gurgaon, India**

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
- Managing and maintaining customer data and information in the customer database
- Assisting with sales and upselling activities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing accurate and timely reports to management

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in English is mandatory**:

- **Graduation is mandatory**:

- **B1 level certification in German language is mandatory**:

- **Prior experience in the BPO sector or customer service field is preferred**:

- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor with customers
- Flexibility to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other customer service tools

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- **Monthly salary of 18,000 INR (in hand)**:

- **One-sided cab facility for daily commuting**:

- **Performance-based incentives and bonuses**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
