**Job Discription**:

- Supervise and lead the quality control team, including inspectors and technicians.
- Monitor and improve inspection procedures for sheet metal components (cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, etc.).
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, calibration records, and internal audit logs.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using methods such as 8D, 5 Whys, or Fishbone Diagram.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, customer-specific quality requirements, and other regulatory standards.
- Lead or support initiatives for process improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma projects.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (laser cutting, punching, forming, welding, etc.).
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments and interpreting engineering drawings (GD&T).

- Supervising quality control inspectors, maintaining compliance with industry standards, managing non-conformances, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
