Job Description: Forging Supervisor

Industry: Watch Manufacturing

Location: Ecotech III, Greater Noida

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Supervision:
Oversee the forging process in the watch manufacturing unit.

Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

2. Team Management:
Supervise and coordinate with forging staff to maintain smooth operations.

Train and guide workers to enhance their productivity and efficiency.

3. Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the output meets company standards.

Identify and resolve any issues in the forging process to minimize defects.

4. Maintenance and Safety:
Ensure the proper functioning of forging machines and equipment.

Implement safety measures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

5. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain records of production, machine maintenance, and workforce attendance.

Report daily progress to higher management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering preferred.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in forging or a related field in the watch or manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of forging processes and machinery.

Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and suggest improvements.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage a team effectively.
