**Job Summary**:
**The Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure efficient, safe, and quality production. The supervisor will lead a team of operators, technicians, and other staff, ensuring that production goals are met in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication skills.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, and logistics.**
**- Ensure production schedules are met in accordance with established timelines.**
**- Monitor and optimize the use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.**
**- Address and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.**

**Staff Supervision and Development**:

- Supervise, train, and mentor production staff, including operators, technicians, and laborers.**
**- Ensure that the workforce adheres to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.**
**- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions when necessary.**

**Quality Control & Compliance**:

- Ensure all production processes are carried out according to company standards and industry regulations.**
**- Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure product standards are met.**
**- Assist in audits and inspections to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.**

**Safety Management**:

- Promote a safety-conscious work environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.**
**- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safe work practices.**
**- Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.**

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, inventory, and personnel.**
**- Provide regular updates on production status and performance to the Plant Manager and other stakeholders.**
**- Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) including production efficiency, quality, and safety.**

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.**
**- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing practices, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.**

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience.**

**Experience**:

- Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.**
**- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry regulations.**

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.**
**- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.**
**- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).**
**- Knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.**
**- Proficiency with manufacturing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.**

Pay: ₹9,686.92 - ₹25,000.00 per month
