**Job Summary**:
The Plant Helper is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plant. This includes supporting production activities, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the plant, and helping with the loading and unloading of materials. The role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Support Production**:

- Assist in the preparation and batching of concrete.
- Monitor equipment operation and report any issues to the Plant Manager or Supervisor.
- Ensure all materials are properly mixed to meet quality standards.
- **Maintenance and Housekeeping**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the plant, including equipment and work areas.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as directed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are stored properly and safely.
- **Loading and Unloading**:

- Help load and unload materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures.
- Operate forklifts and other machinery for material handling (if certified).
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in safety training and meetings.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Plant Manager or Supervisor immediately.
- **Quality Control**:

- Assist in quality control checks to ensure concrete meets required specifications.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with the concrete mix to the appropriate personnel.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in inventory counts and tracking of materials.
- Notify supervisor of low stock levels or any discrepancies in inventory.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with other plant personnel to achieve production goals.
- Communicate effectively with the team and management.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
