Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for a
Production Executive

who can take ownership of production operations with precision, discipline, and accountability.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage people and processes efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight:

Supervise and coordinate all production and packing activities during assigned shifts.

• Target Achievement:

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production goals are consistently met.

• Manpower Planning:

Allocate resources and assign tasks based on production schedules and priorities.

• Process Monitoring:

Track equipment performance, process parameters, and ensure smooth operations.

• Efficiency Management:

Minimize downtime, wastage, and process variation through effective troubleshooting.

• Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to Ecocare's product quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• In-Process Control:

Conduct quality checks during production; identify, segregate, and document defective products.

• Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and motivate operators, technicians, and helpers for optimum performance.

• Workplace Discipline:

Oversee attendance, conduct, and performance of all production team members.

• Safety & Compliance:

Enforce plant safety protocols, proper use of PPE, and ensure a culture of zero compromise on safety.

• Training & Development:

Conduct regular training sessions on equipment handling, safety, and quality standards.

• Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of production data, downtime, material usage, and manpower deployment.

• Reporting:

Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Education:

B.Tech with First Division in
Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Chemical Engineering

from a recognized institute.

• Experience:

0–3 years in a
manufacturing or production environment

(preferably in chemical, FMCG, or process industries).

• Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality systems.

• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Excel and Word

for data recording and reporting.

• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.

• Capable of managing manpower efficiently under pressure.

• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
