We are building a strong sales team to help customers avail loans easily and transparently.

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic
Sales Executives
who will handle outbound calling, explain loan options, assist customers with eligibility, and convert leads into approved loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers for
    Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Business Loans
    , etc.
  • Explain product features, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation.
  • Convert company-provided leads (no fieldwork).
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on warm leads.
  • Work closely with backend/operations for file processing.
  • Meet monthly targets for loan disbursals and conversions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance during calls.
  • Provide a positive customer experience and build trust.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 2 years experience in
    Loan Sales / Telecalling / BFSI
    preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills also welcome.
  • Good communication in
    Hindi + basic English
    .
  • Understanding of EMI, CIBIL score, loan eligibility (preferred).
  • Target-driven, confident, and persuasive on calls.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sales volume.
