Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Information & Communication

● Prepare detailed product briefs, including composition, indications, dosage, benefits, contraindications, and unique selling points.

● Maintain updated product literature and ensure alignment with marketing and regulatory guidelines.

● Support HR in preparing induction materials, product training manuals, and communication content.

● Handle all internal product-related queries from HR, sales, or training teams.

2. Product Presentation & Representation

● Present products during internal training sessions, company meetings, and medical or pharmaceutical conferences.

● Act as a company representative for sharing product details with doctors, clients, or academic institutions when required.

● Provide technical clarifications and data-based explanations during events or discussions.

● Collaborate with the marketing and regulatory teams to prepare presentation material and ensure scientific accuracy.

3. HR Coordination & Training Support

● Assist HR in developing product-based onboarding programs for new employees. ● Provide scientific and product-related insights for HR manuals, job descriptions, and skill development programs.

● Support HR in scheduling and executing product knowledge sessions for staff across departments.

4. Documentation & Compliance

● Maintain an up-to-date product database and ensure information consistency across departments.

● Ensure all content adheres to company policy, WHO-GMP, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

● Prepare reports, summaries, and product presentations for internal and external use. 5. Cross-Departmental Coordination

● Liaise with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams to streamline communication about new or existing products.

● Participate in strategic meetings for product positioning and employee knowledge development.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Education: M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) from a recognized university. ● Experience: 0–3 years in Product Management / Training / Scientific Communication (Freshers can apply).

● Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, dosage forms, therapeutic categories, and product positioning.

● Skills:

○ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

○ Strong scientific and analytical understanding.

○ Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint.

○ Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

○ Comfortable speaking and presenting at conferences or training events.
