About the Role:

We are looking for a
creative and strategic Marketing Manager
who specializes in
Product Growth Marketing.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving brand visibility, user engagement, and product adoption through innovative marketing strategies, compelling content creation, and effective communication collaterals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    product growth marketing strategies
    to enhance brand awareness and market reach.
  • Plan, create, and manage
    content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Design and coordinate
    marketing collaterals
    such as brochures, presentations, emailers, and product videos.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including
    sales, product, and design
    to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to
    optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Drive
    user engagement and product visibility
    across digital channels.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to craft data-driven marketing plans.
  • Manage product launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create
    effective subject lines and marketing content
    that capture audience attention and drive conversions.
  • Expertise in
    Lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
    in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of
    content marketing, branding, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent
    copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking
    abilities.
  • Knowledge of
    SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms
    will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
