**Job Title
- Site Supervisor (Data Center)**
- Working as team leader or Site Supervisor
- handling electrical team, HVAC team, fire and BMS team for Data centre.
- Responsiable for Major report KPI, MMR, Daily Consumption Report, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Safety Report, and Incidence report, Breakdown Report.
- Make the Indent of Consumable Spares and follow-up with the Purchase Dept. & Vendors.
- Maintenance and Operation of all Electrical Related Equipment.
- Maintenance and Operations of electrical system, HVAC system, FAS and BMS.
- Maintenance and Operational activities Transformer, HT LT panels, HT LT Breakers, 2000kva and 1800kva DG Sets and 1250 kva UPS etc.
- Maintenance and Operation of HVAC System Chiller plant and PAC.
- Preventive Maintenance of all Data center Equipments.
- Trouble shooting and Testing of Equipment’s.
- Study of SLD, electrical schematics for Power & Control circuit of electrical Panel.
- Work with EHS, 5S work activity
- Manpower planning, Vendor coordination, Customer coordination

Scope of Work
- UPS, DG sets, Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Distribution board, PAC, Spilt AC, Chillers, Fire alarm system, Fire suppression system, RRD, VESDA, CCTV, PAS and BMS etc.

**Skills Required**:

- Diploma/ BE in any stream
- 2+ year of experience in facility management or utility management
- Data center management experience is preferred
- Electrical Supervisor license is preferred
