**Job Summary**:
The Mesh Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production, fabrication, or installation of mesh materials (e.g., steel reinforcement mesh, wire mesh, fabric mesh) in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and deadlines. This role ensures that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily activities related to mesh fabrication or installation on-site or in a factory setting.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to meet production targets.
- Ensure all workers comply with safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Inspect mesh materials for quality and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
- Train and guide team members on best practices, safety protocols, and efficient workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels of mesh materials and request supplies as needed.
- Troubleshoot production or installation issues and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure tools and machinery are maintained in proper working condition.
- Conduct regular safety and quality audits.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in mesh-related work (fabrication, installation, or supervision).
- Strong knowledge of mesh types (e.g., welded wire, reinforcement steel mesh, têxtile mesh).
- Familiarity with construction or manufacturing safety standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
