**Profile Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective buyers.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients. Understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
- Conduct property tours and present plots to prospective buyers. Highlight the key features and benefits of the plots and address any client inquiries.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of plot sales, including price, payment plans, and other contractual details. Close sales deals and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to final sale.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to enhance sales strategies and property offerings.
- Prepare and review sales agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**Profile Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 1-3 years in real estate sales, with a focus on plot or land sales. Familiarity with local property markets and trends is advantageous.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand and interpret property documents and legal agreements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
