**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Penetration**: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market reach and penetrate new territories for both export and domestic sales.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and establishing partnerships with potential customers, distributors, and agents.
- **Sales Generation**: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.
- **Export Operations**: Coordinate export logistics, documentation, and compliance requirements in collaboration with relevant internal departments and external agencies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- **Marketing Collateral**: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
- **Trade Shows and Events**: Represent Vortex Inox Industries at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products, network with potential clients, and generate leads.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance, evaluate sales strategies, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and insights to understand market needs, product requirements, and areas for enhancement, and communicate findings to relevant internal teams.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade policies, and quality standards in all sales and marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the stainless steel industry or related manufacturing sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and logistics is preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
