**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Handling**:
- Call potential customers through IndiaMart leads.
- Follow up on inquiries and provide product/service information.
- **Sales Conversion**:
- Convert inquiries into sales by explaining the product features and pricing.
- Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- **CRM Management**:
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Track progress and report daily/weekly performance.
- **Customer Relationship**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Gather feedback on products and pricing from clients.
- Provide inputs to improve sales strategies.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
